Judge James Emanuel “Jeb” Boasberg, who last week challenged the deportation of Venezuelan gang members to El Salvador, has today ruled that NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams must return to the space station they came from. “Jeb” ruled that Elon Musk did not ask permission to rescue them. Since they’ve already splashed down, it’s unclear whether Musk will be deported for violating the judge’s ruling.
