The risk of terror activity against the United States has never been greater. All the actions that former President Donald Trump took to protect our nation from terrorism have all been undone by President Joe Biden and the cabal, headed by former President Barack Obama, who give him direction. • The Trump administration listed the Houthis as a Foreign Terrorist Organization. However, after Biden entered the White House, he quickly delisted the Houthis as a terrorist entity in February 2021. 
• Designated as the leading State Sponsor of Terrorism , Iran continued its terrorist-related activity, including support for Palestinian resistance groups in Gaza, and for Hezbollah. It has also increased its presence in Africa and attempted to smuggle arms to Houthi separatists in Yemen and Shia-oppositionists in Bahrain.
• President Joe Biden’s administration restored sanctions waivers to Iran to allow international nuclear cooperation projects.
• The waivers allowed Russian, Chinese and European companies to carry out non-proliferation work to effectively make it harder for Iranian nuclear sites to be used for weapons development. 
• The waivers were rescinded by the United States in 2019 and 2020 under former President Donald Trump, who pulled out of the nuclear agreement.
• In 2022, Iran increasingly encouraged and plotted attacks against the United States, including against former U.S. officials, in retaliation for the death of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Commander Qasem Soleimani.
• Top Iran experts in the U.S. and in Israel are warning President Biden that his administration’s strategy of de-escalation and containment targeting the world’s worst state-sponsor of terrorism – the Islamic Republic of Iran – has failed and America needs to reestablish deterrence against Tehran as fears of the regime obtaining a nuclear device grow.
  • In his report, Albright, a former U.N. weapons inspector in Iraq, wrote, “Today, it (Iran) would need only about a week to produce enough for its first nuclear weapon. It could have enough weapon-grade uranium for six weapons in one month, and after five months of producing weapon-grade uranium, it could have enough for 12.”
• Just a few years ago, major U.S. media outlets called President Donald Trump a liar when he proclaimed that Islamic terrorist suspects were illegally crossing the southern border among far more numerous Spanish-speaking immigrants. “Fact-check” columnists swore such terrorist crossings never happened.
  • But since April 2022, when U.S. Customs and Border Protection began publishing the monthly number of border-crossers who were on the FBI’s terrorism watch list, it has become impossible to ignore the record-breaking numbers of suspected terrorist crossings.
  • Final fiscal year 2022 numbers show Border Patrol apprehended a whopping 98 watch-listed terrorists at the southern border, six times the record 15 caught there in 2021.
